I'm a big fan of making big salads, so why not introduce one of them ?

Ingredients :

  • Walnut oil : 1 tablespoon
  • Balsamic vinegar : 2 tablespoons
  • 3% fat fromage blanc : 100 g
  • Pickles : 45 g
  • Lettuce : 245 g
  • Canned corn : 140 g
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs : 147 g
  • Cooked beets : 200 g
  • Raw onions : 50 gHaving a fresh breath to start the week is important

Macros :

  • Energy : 680 kcals
  • Proteins : 35 g
  • Carbs : 57 g
  • Fat : 31 g
  • Fiber : 14 g

The fromage blanc added to oil / vinegar helps to coat the whole plate, so it won't feel dry.
The whole thing weighs around 900g, perfect for filling up big eaters !
I prefer putting the plate in the fridge and taking it out 15 – 30 minutes before the dinner, especially in summer to have that fresh feeling
