In the dudes really early days he made videos showing good cooking technique with affordable ingredients. I kinda liked em, he definitely showed he had some chops, showcased decent technique, and made videos showing how to elevate basic ingredients. Good home cook content.
Then the dude figured out that short form recipes don’t make enough money and he went off the rails. Bought a kitchen that costs more than a house and it got worse.

My favorite part is how he talked constant shit about nick digiviovani or whatever his name is and then he did a collab with him acting all fake nice, and then the guy takes his phone and finds out he’s blocked him on everything. Also the fact that he has a Lamborghini, a Mercedes, a range rover, and 2 houses in LA, treats his employees like shit and complains to them about business expenses while they barely get paid enough to afford rent(sometimes not even that, one employee lost their apartment a month after they had to move for the job) is some real textbook scumbag shit, also he harassed one of the employees constantly for interacting with a trans person once at a party? And they don’t even know if its a trans person he just took the opportunity to go on transphobic tirades regardless
