Ingredients1 double shot of espresso1 scoop (1/3 cup) amaretto ice cream (you can substitute cherry, strawberry, or spumoni)3/4 ounce Lazzaroni amarettoDirections

1. Measure amaretto and pour into a cup.
2. Add a scoop of ice cream on top.
3. Pour a freshly pulled double shot of espresso over the top. Enjoy!
