As title says. This was my first time making cinnamon rolls. Funny part is that I didn't really followed any recipe. I just played around a recipe that I already use for soft Puertorrican bread (we call it Pan Sobao), and the result was amazing. I have no idea what I could do to make it better or what, as again, I really didn't follow an specific recipe, but it was super soft, chewey and gooey, with good cinnamon sugar taste and texture…so I think it was good. What do you think just by looking the photos? The first photo is right at proofing, before baking, and the second once baked.
