So, I did for the maybe 10th time the raw vegan "Hand Salads" from Raw Food Romance.
Her "caramelized onion wrap" give 2 big sheets of wrap.
The wrap have approx 900g of fresh onion, approx 150g of dates, approx 500 mL of water, approx. 30g of chia/flax seeds and approx 30g of psyllium husk powder (see the video at 24:13 for the quantity of 🧅🧅🧅🧅).
From one of her books, that she explain here:

I don't want to get sued, so I will not share the exact recipe from their book.
It is just so good, and you feel good after eating it.
The person I lived with loved it too.
The sheets need 10h to 16h to dehydrate tho, but my house smelled amazing.
The purpluey one add chaga powder in it.
I also made a cashew tahini spread/sauce with onion and garlic to eat with it.
I can see myself doing more and more in the future, it is practical and hold a lot of veggies inside. You could put tofu, seitan, fake meat in it. You could put apples, etc. You could also do hummus to put in it. Or chickpea-mayo-celery inside with shredded seitan. Anyways, it is endless.
Real nice!
The wrap itself is low-fat, which I appreciate!
I use my food processor to cut the veggies, because I am lazy.
