2,5 EL (20 g) Maisstärke
400 ml Milch (pflanzlich oder normal)
2 EL Honig oder ein anderes Süßungsmittel (nach Geschmack)
Vanilleextrakt oder Vanillepulver nach Geschmack
1 TL Zitronenabrieb (optional)
Eine Prise Salz
200 g dicker griechischer oder abgetropfter Joghurt
100–150 g frische oder aufgetaute Blaubeeren
