Edit: there is something off about this user. They seem to spam multiple subs with the same image, many subs have removed their posts, and they post inappropriately, like meat in a vegan sub. They have been accused of being a bot.

Looks very tasty, but… it does not look very Mediterranean Diet friendly.
This maybe food that is eaten in the Mediterranean region, but it doesn’t like part of the Mediterranean Diet (unless this is a meal that is eaten rarely).
