I have a Ninja and a Vitamix. The Ninja is good but the Vitamix is on a completely other level. There’s no comparison. A Vitamix is expensive though. I got mine used on OfferUp. If you can find one there, marketplace, Craigslist, or the like. If not then a Ninja will serve you just fine.

I used a ninja for a little while and it was fine. I just switched over to a Vitamix and the difference is unreal. The vitamix literally blends the seeds and makes a perfectly smooth sauce.

A factory refurb Vitamix. In my case, because its between Vitamix and Blendtec for a household blender that can produce restaurant quality hummus. Yes, about twice the price of a Ninja, but the next step up from Vitamix to Robot Coupe and Waring doubles the price again.
