My first time cooking seared ahi tuna steak! With a side of steamed green beans. It was delicious and easy and Ill definitely be doing this again soon! (550 cal)

    I did char the edge, but it didnt taste burned so no harm no foul. The recipe I read said to basically get the pan as hot as possible. Not that hot apparently.

    The tuna is just rubbed all over in salt and pepper and I used a tiny bit of soy sauce as a dip. Ill try making an actual sauce or glaze next time.

    And for anyone who isnt sure, yes, its supposed to be raw in the center.
