    happens to the best of us! this was me yesterday and the day before – try not to punish yourself though, sometimes our bodies need a lot more fuel for whatever reason, tomorrow is a new day and you can start fresh ✨💜

    Start fresh tomorrow or give yourself a fast day and even it out to get your deficit back.

    Although, if your maintenance is 2100, being here in 1200isplenty is kinda wild.

    My maintenance is 1600 and I’ve logged 3000 before thanks to Four Loko and kebabs 😞 But one day like that every now and then won’t really harm you as long as you make up for it the rest of the days 🙂

    It happens, just be consistent no matter how off days you do. I had three awful days the other weekend (lots of family activities which all revolves about food of course), the weight went up around 2 pounds, but after the three days I went back on track, and now I’m back to the weight before that weekend. I consider that as a win win situation.
