On Monday, former President Joe Biden visited the Baskin Robbins at 10592B Metropolitan Avenue in Kensington. Video clips of parts of his visit can be seen below.
Biden, known for his longtime fondness for ice cream, was spotted enjoying a double scoop of chocolate and vanilla, along with a chocolate milkshake, according to store staff.
The Kensington Baskin Robbins is one of the oldest locations in Montgomery County and has been owned and operated by Ashwin Dalsania since 1993.
