I’ve been lurking here a while – I have been a long time user of HelloFresh (and Home Chef before that).

I am trying to cook more again, so I am hoping that posting photos will kick me in the ass to cook more, and maybe eventually be like some of the other people who can actually meal prep and not need HF to bail me out!

Originally, I ordered three meals – I’d have one and save one (or my kid would like the smell and devour it). Now my girlfriend and her daughter live with me, so I make four servings for each meal (or four servings for all, and then two servings for a lunch).

This was simple and easy – reheating the pita the next day (unassembled) with a damp towel made it work. And I found doing lettuce THEN chicken was a better handling/flavor experience.
