Raise a fork for National Pasta Day🍝

Use your noodle and celebrate today with the world’s first Regenerative Organic Certified pasta. This Broccolini Mushroom Fusilli makes an easy veggie-forward pasta dish. 🥦

Ingredients:
– 1.5 bunches broccolini
– 2 cups Shiitake Mushrooms
– 8oz Patagonia Provisions Organic Fusilli Pasta
– 1 tsp. butter
– 1/4 tsp. of salt
– Olive oil (to drizzle)
– 1/2 tsp. Red chilli flakes
– Sprinkle of parmesan

Instructions:
1. Bring a medium pot of well-salted water to a boil. Add fusilli and cook until al dente, 10-12 minutes.
2. While the pasta is cooking, remove the stems from the broccolini and blanch in hot water. Remove from hot water and let rest.
3. Cut cleaned mushrooms long ways and leave the stems on. Sauté in butter and salt until lightly brown.
4. Drain pasta, then add to a bowl with the mushrooms and broccolini. Drizzle with olive oil and toss gently.
5. Top with chili flakes and parmesan.
6. (optional) top with your favorite tinned fish. We used our Lemon Olive White Anchovies. 🐟
