[Music] Did you know that if you chop up mushroom stems, saté them with onions, spices, and mixing grier and mayo, you’ll get the creamiest, most flavorful stuffing. Fill the caps, spray with oil, and air fry till golden. This has officially earned the spot as my favorite appetizer.

Did you know if you sauté mushroom stems with onions, spices, and a little love… you can turn them into the creamiest, most flavorful stuffing ever?
These air-fried stuffed mushrooms are officially my go-to appetizer—cheesy, juicy, and loaded with umami.
Save this one. You’ll be making them on repeat.

Mushroom stuffed mushrooms
I have to make this some time soon! I’m assuming you used button mushrooms, no?
I indeed knew
I always just stuff mushrooms with blue cheese and wrap them in bacon. Gonna definitely try this tho, great job not wasting the stems!
