I used Marcella Hazan’s recipe and simmered for 5 and a half hours. Used pappardelle because Giant didn’t have tagliatelle.

    Honestly, doesn’t look like a bolognese to me.

    These are some weird verbs which don’t belong there. The texture is not right, maybe your meat is grinded too fine, hard to tell.

    Also you should mix it properly before serving and add some cheese on the top. It seems you added some, but it’s not nearly enough

    It’s called “ragú” , bolognese is just one of the way to make it 😉 we got different versions of ragú in every Italian region , nice looking anyway 🫡
