• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp (or to taste) chili flakes
• Salt ,to taste
• 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp oregano
Coating:
Step 1: Dusting
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
Step 2: Egg mixture
• 3 whole eggs
• Salt ,to taste
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tsp Italian herbs
Step 3: Crumb coating
• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
• 1/2 tsp chili flakes or paprika
• 1 tsp Italian herbs
• 1 tsp dried parsley
• 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Oil — for shallow or deep frying
