And that’s dinner!
The asparagus risotto is from Trader Joe’s. If you haven’t tried it before, it is delicious!

Hey guys, it’s been a super long time, but we just got back from blueberry picking, so I’m just getting dinner together. We’re going to keep it super easy tonight. We’re just going to use some frozen salmon fillets. I’m going to put these in a bowl of like lukewarm water for probably like 15 minutes until they are thought out. And we’re going to have risoto on the side. And if I can find some carrots or something for the kids to munch on, we will do that while everything’s cooking. I normally have lemon pepper, lemons, lemon juice. Did not have any of those things. So instead, I just did some of my like normal seasoning. Salt, pepper, uh garlic powder, onion powder, and then a little bit of thyme. And then I put some little pats of butter on them. We’ll pop them in the oven at 425 for about 10 minutes. And then we’re just going to cook the risoto to the package instructions. And I’ll show you what everything looks like when it’s done. And that’s dinner. Shut up.
