Hell yeah sounds good. I’m pulling 16g in 34 g out. on my bezzera of Mayan Harvest, from Chiapas Mexico, notes of papaya and sugar. Super nice.

  2. Neelix-And-Chill

Old Soul “The Remedy” Espresso Blend.

Not too dark, not too light… just a nice, balanced shot with the right amount of crema. Super easy to dial in. It’s been my go to for a while now.

A very straightforward Enderly Westside espresso blend. They consider it a “medium dark” roast but I would say it’s a solid medium. Pulls really nice. I bought two pounds when they were running their 50% off sale. For the interest of science, the coffees I ordered were delivered March 20. I bought three 2-lb bags and two 12oz bags. Taped over the valve on them all and chucked them in the freezer. I single dose straight out of the freezer and right into my grinder and have been absolutely delighted by the results. This coffee is pulling and tasting fantastic!

Are you using a flow control on your unit?

I’m brewing “Brick Lane” a Brazil natural from High Grade Coffee:

Tart plum, apple and almond up front with a walnut and dark chocolate finish.

And I’m brewing Los Alamos Ecuadorian Geisha from Horsham coffee roaster. Anaerobic washed:

    Insane sweetness from this one.

Notes on the bag are right on the money. Peach, white grape and sugar cane. Some vanilla and oolong too, and grapefruit on the finish.

    Need more threads like this.
I’m brewing the Los Toros beans from Little Waves, a single origin medium roast from Chiapas. It seriously tastes like fudge without being particularly sweet. Delicious! 17 g in, 34 g out on the Londinium profile (Gaggiuino).
