Parent of 3 here! This has been a go-to formula for weeknight:

-Salad Kit x2 (this one is a BBQ one from TJs; you want one with heartier greens and veg as opposed to something like romaine that will get wilty and slimy.)
-2lbs Meat (any kind! This is chicken thighs, cheap and easy.)
-Grains (of your choice! This is barley.)

Salad bags $8
Chicken thighs $8
Grains ~$1

$17 total, this made about 8-10 servings, so $2.13-$1.70 per serving. Pretty good for meat & healthy stuff, can be done cheaper with bulk greens and toppings as opposed to the salad kits, but that adds time.

Eat it hot, eat it cold! Have fun.

It looks like chicken fried rice with finely chopped collard greens or spinach mixed together if no recipe was given. Very healthy looking meal to satiate the body
