You all have helped with all your recipes you post, apps to track calories, and just being honest with myself. I’m not at 1200 cal yet, but I’m at 1500 and I’ve lost 12.6lbs in 3 weeks. Thanks again everyone!
This is a tuna salad I’ve been eating regularly. Keeps me full and it’s honestly pretty dang good. Hopefully you guys like it too.

That’s awesome! If 1500 is working for you, don’t feel bad about staying there either. You are losing weight quickly. 1200 is sometimes hard to maintain and leads to crashing and burning because it’s so little. I stuck to 1500 for my entire weight loss journey and was able ti keep myself pretty full
Wow 4 pounds a week is really crazy progress! Great job. I presume you are exercising like crazy as well. What are you doing?

The fact that I opened this, then went and did dishes, came back, reopened my phone to this (forgetting I was here) and was like whoa whoa whoa I did not eat this, Lose It.
…and tried to back out of the Lose It app instead of Reddit. Whew. This looks great! Weight loss is hard!
Do you put it on anything? I like eating tuna salad with some greens, tomato, in one of those carb balance tortillas (17g of fiber). I love fiber!
