Still, there is a lighter, fresher way to make a pasta dish that makes it better for this scorching time of year, and Giada De Laurentiis shared it with her followers. The Italian chef posted a video of her mouth-watering Creamy Zucchini Paccheri, and it looks too good to resist.
“Creamy Zucchini Paccheri is summer in a bowl ☀️” De Laurentiis captioned a post on Instagram. In the clip, De Laurentiis slices fresh zucchini and drizzles olive oil and other ingredients before popping them in the oven. She prepares some noodles, a creamy alfredo sauce, and spices before adding the golden-brown zucchini on top. Pair this with a glass of crisp white wine, and you have the perfect summer dish!

“This looks perfect 😍,” one person commented. Another wrote, “I don’t even like zucchini but this looks bomb. 🤤”
She also shared photos of the finished dish on her Giadzy Instagram, explaining a little more about the process to make it. “Meet this creamy zucchini paccheri pasta, which exists in the intersection of cozy AND summery,” she wrote. “The sauce is a simple melty ricotta, tied together with lemon-infused extra virgin olive oil, lemon oregano salt, chives and crispy golden zucchini coins.”
