1 tbsp soy sauce

50ml water

2 medium zucchinis (ends trimmed, halved, and hollowed)

1 large onion, julienned
1 bunch of fresh spinach
1 garlic clove, minced

1 medium sweet potato (cut into rectangular portions)

100g mushrooms (champignons, sliced)
50g butter
15ml olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp brown sugar
100ml water

1. Prepare the Stuffed Zucchini Filling:
In a hot pan, cook ground beef and bacon together with soy sauce, garlic, paprika, and water until browned. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the shredded cheese, mashed red potato, and cream. Stuff the hollowed zucchini halves with the mixture and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
2. Sauté Spinach and Onion:
In a pan, heat olive oil. Add julienned onion and garlic. Sauté for 1–2 minutes, then add spinach and cook briefly until wilted. Season with salt.
3. Cook the Sweet Potato:
Boil rectangular sweet potato slices in salted water with pepper for 12 minutes. Let cool, then sear in a pan with olive oil until golden on both sides.
4. Make the Mushroom Sauce:
