This salmon schwarma salad is everything I love about Mediterranean recipes. It’s packed with bold flavors and vibrant ingredients and quick enough to make on a weekn night. Starting with this gorgeous spiced salmon, make the marinade with olive oil and loads of spices and of course some fresh lemon juice and garlic. Honestly, this whole spice blend makes everything taste amazing. You can cook the salmon on the stove top, but today I’m making it in the oven and then while that cooks, assemble the salad. Use your favorite greens along with some juicy cherry tomatoes, some cucumbers, and radish. And I also love adding fresh parsley and mint to the salads for another layer of flavor. I’m keeping the dressing pretty simple with a drizzle of really good olive oil, some balsamic vinegar, and a final sprinkle of sumac for a pop of tang. Then top the salad with that gorgeous spiced salmon, and finish with a generous dollop of yogurt mint sauce. It’s simple, flavorful, and totally doable for a weekn night. How good does that

How come I never thought of making shawarma with salmon? Ive made chicken Shawarma 3 times last week adn never thought of doing it with salmon. what an idea
