That looks simply heavenly
I saw this a video of a gal that steamed white yams, peeled them, cut them in half, froze them with a popcycle stick stuck in them then took them out and dipped them in chocolate and sprinkled with ground nuts. Then she made brownies out of sweet potatoes. I love your recipes β€ thx Im allergic to wheat…..

This looks yummy! I have to laugh though because I wonder if you'd be more accurately called "Chicka Mum" since you use chickpeas in everything. I do, however, have a criticism for the videos that you can easily ignore if you wish, but I must say how much more I'd enjoy watching these videos if you had some chill music playing. I always have to mute these because a lot of the sounds make me cringe and are nearly unbearable if I have on headphones.

I have super problem to find any good potatoes here where I live right now. Normal potatoes but definitely some kind of sweet potato. I was at the store yesterday and we hade some already molded ones, dried out ones and empty shelfβs. I do find some frozen precooked sweet potatoes at a local Asian food store that I havenβt tried yet π«£. The store was closed down a couple of weeks ago and sold and reopened with the same food π . So right now it is hard to be good π. Rice yes but I also want to do some of those nice recipes in all Amieβs books I bought π I do find some dry purple sweet potato at our local Lidl for 38 sek (like 4 dollar each) so I did not by them.
I love your get-it-done style. No fancy outfits, backgrounds, music, or overly choreographed βperformanceβ of kitchen prep and cooking. Makes me feel like I could just in walk in my kitchen and do it, too!
