Vacuum sealed and ready to eat , instructions say you can microwave for 40 sec, pan-fry both sides for 3 mins, or steam for 5 mins.
Anyone tried this before?

Basically dry-aged fish. It goes very well with rice. I prefer pan frying.

Highly recommend pan frying on a grill outside unless you want your house smelling like fish. Have it with a soy and vinegar sauce also. Yum!

to simulate the OG way you have to tie it up with a rope woven from rice straw. Hang it on your ceiling and look at it forlorningly as you imagine the taste of it with each bite of rice submerged in water.

Omg for the people in Korea here. If you go to Seoul Botanic Park there is a restaurant on the top floor that does a legit 보리굴비 (it’s some 간장게장 which is dece). I mean man it is goooooood. Also the Marriott there is nice for a day trip. Cool pocha/izakaya area nearby too
