I make the sheets about 2 and 1/2 in wide. And then I squeeze about a half inch wide rope of the filling all the way down the lower edge. Then roll it once over the filling. And then roll it over once again. So you have a little bit of noodle left over. Then I use a fluted edge roller to make the end of the annul. Then you squeeze with your index finger and your thumb one inch length and your lattes. And then you slice where you see the pinch.
