  1. My absolute favorite thing to smoke on the egg. Just amazing beef flavor. But I’ve been having a hard time finding them.

    Where do yall get them and what do you call them? My understanding is that Dino ribs are chuck ribs, ribs 2 through 5, but do you just ask for “Dino ribs”? I did that once and the butcher was confused. So now I’m confused, ha. He had beef ribs, but they didn’t have the beautiful meat on top.

    Anyway, looks legit! Nice work
