Ibe thing I show, is to grab a rag and hold the handle closer to the pan. This is a tiny pan with a small product, but it is especially helpful with larger heavier things.

    This is hilarious!

I had a chef one time tell me I was flipping the pan with the wrong hand. I asked him why it matters which hand you flipped the pan with. He told me he usually smokes a cigarette with his other hand and asked how am I going to be able to do that?

Needless to say, this is my first and last day there

If anyone has issues with this, practice in a clean pan with a piece of toast. Works wonders.

  4. The trick is to just go for it. If you think about it you’re gonna fuck up.
