Made banana bread muffins last night, added one to my usual breakfast. Not very filling, obviously, and now I have 200kcal for lunch 😭

    You can make 200 cals stretch! My fave 200 cal lunch is a huge salad with cottage cheese and chicken. 90 cals for a serving of cottage cheese and around 100 cals for chicken. I use seasonings too just to add some more variety!

    i forgive you because it’s banana bread. i’m literally eating a slice right now. for breakfast. with some tea and fiber cereal. lol. are we family?

    I stir fry zucchini & sweet peppers then make a wrap/quesadilla out of that with lavash and it’s amazing. Under 200 as well! Your banana muffin was well worth it though! 🫑
