I enjoyed my muffin for breakfast but it’s almost lunch time and now I have regrets π
Made banana bread muffins last night, added one to my usual breakfast. Not very filling, obviously, and now I have 200kcal for lunch π

You can make 200 cals stretch! My fave 200 cal lunch is a huge salad with cottage cheese and chicken. 90 cals for a serving of cottage cheese and around 100 cals for chicken. I use seasonings too just to add some more variety!

I stir fry zucchini & sweet peppers then make a wrap/quesadilla out of that with lavash and itβs amazing. Under 200 as well! Your banana muffin was well worth it though! π«‘
