summer pasta w roasted tomatoes, pioppini mushrooms, kale, and lots of parmesan

i had a couple of bags with small amounts of pasta sitting in my cupboard so i made all three together – fusilli, bow tie, and a lemon pasta from TJs. I sauteed the pioppini mushrooms over very low heat in butter, roasted cherry tomatoes from the farmers market at 400 for 20 minutes, and wilted some kale and garlic. once pasta was done i combined everything and placed the tomatoes and mushrooms on top, covered in a generous layer of parmesan. came out VERY tasty and i was happy to finally get rid of those pasta remnants!
