 2 – 6 oz. Omaha Steaks Sushi-Grade Ahi Tuna Steaks, thawed
 2 tablespoons high-quality olive oil
 1 tablespoon capers
 1 tablespoon red onion, diced
 Flake salt, for garnish
 Lemon zest, for garnish
Directions:
 1. Thinly slice tuna into strips, slicing against the sinew grain.
 2. Arrange thin slices of tuna on a platter.
 3. Top with capers and red onion.

Isn’t the meat raw?
I wouldve added more oil. I dont really like capers or onions, I dont really like tuna either. I like to drink oil, it helps wash down the salt. The lemon is not my favorite so I probably wouldn't use it.
