You know, I’ve never seen it, but I can get with it. Different flavors depending on what you want. But I’d ditch the knives and just swipe what I want with my bread. Akin to olive oil, balsamic at Italian restaurants.

This is not what a butter board is meant to be… usually ya put a couple high end plain butters on there, maybe a goat’s milk butter, a few compound butters, a few different types of bread or toast points, some charcuterie and accoutrements…
