This is probably my favorite daily hot sauce. I’ve gone through so many bottles of this. Excellent.

Love this sauce. After posting it on r/hotsauce, I got recommended the Berties Scorpion sauce as a better option. I love them both, but that Berties is *far* hotter than this one. Real punch to the mouth and tasty. The flavor difference is the fermentation of this one, while Berties tastes closer to straight raw peppers more than any other sauce I’ve had.

I bought a bottle of this online and loved it and went through the whole thing pretty quick. I wish it was more available or cheaper to get more of to use more often.

I find matouks in any flavour totally legit and brings the heat compared to a lot of others. And super inexpensive as well.

Doesn’t that overpower dem oysters though? Dilute it in cocktail sauce maybe?
