24 hour cold proofed rosemary focaccia bread.
500 grams flour
1 3/4 cup of water
1 packet instant yeast
Teaspoon honey
Tbsp oil
2 teaspoons salt
Topped with rosemary and Celtic sea salt
I thought I completely ruined it by de gassing after accidentally dumping it onto parchment paper I forgot to oil! However, due to the higher yeast content I think it recovered nicely. Proofed for 3 and a half hours in oven with light turned on prior to baking as well.

it is beautiful! recently got into this sub because I want to start baking but omg this looks like a better version of the rosemary garlic loaf I buy almost weekly for like $8.99 at the supermarket! minus the garlic of course but holy crap i need to try this, what’s the hardest part?
Love the browning on your loaf! Yum
Great job this came out beautiful! Yes- I make sure I rub olive oil on my hands before I do anything with a high- hydration dough like this🤩
I dont even like focaccia that much but this looks amazing and could probably convince me otherwise
