    T-Bones. Porterhouse has the full cut of tenderloin

    Good looking t-bones but those don’t look like Porterhouse to me. Too thin and not enough tenderloin.

  6. Porterhouse have an additional muscle located on the striploin side of the t bone, which these do not have. Making them just t bones, size of tenderloin, or thickness of cut do not make a t bone a porterhouse.- a butcher

  7. I’m guessing these are Mexican t-bones from the independent sale rn? I’m a meat manager at a small store, and these almost made me want to throw one at a customer lol. Selling faster than you can cut them even with the limit we set lol. They’re ungraded and not the best quality, but the price is ridiculously cheap.
