Whisk it all up. Then toss in your chickpeas. While this soaks, chop your roma and add it to a bowl with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, shallot, olives, crumble feta. Boil eggs and place the chickpeas in the center. Then give it a good toss before serving. Easy, right?

  2. The chickpeas here are not good quality
    Even after soaking for several days they dont sprout 😢
    It speaks volumes about how contaminated the earth has become that yhey habe tp use chemical fertilizers to grow grains etc
