Not sure if this is new, but I noticed my usual weekly debit for HF was lower than usual. I jumped on the app and saw they applied my cash balance (from previous missing ingredients, etc) to my current discounted box. It had been accumulating because I have a long-term promo (Hero Discount) and could only use the cash balance on non-discounted boxes after the promo ended. Maybe a change in policy now?

Edit; We’ve amassed $2000 in credits, so this is a huge win for us.
This has happened to me too, I used to accumulate my credits and use them all in one go when I built up enough to cover a box as I have a promo gift card I use each week, but now I can combine which is a fantastic change
Nice! I also have long-term promo so I could never use that stuff. Maybe now I’ll actually start giving away the free boxes.
It seems like they’re giving you your money one way or another. Even if they change their mind about the method of reimbursing you as long as they eventually make themselves even with you it’s all good.
