Hey y’all. Today we’re making this delicious spinach and artich choked dip. I’m starting out with a can of artichokes. I did drain them. And then a diced yellow onion. Then a bag of frozen spinach. Then I’m going to add some mayonnaise. And then I’m going to add in some sour cream as well. And one of the main things you got to do, you got to shred your own cheese. So I shredded some mozzarella cheese. And then I’m going to, of course, I didn’t shred this. I’m adding some shaved Parmesan cheese, a little bit of salt with my lightsaber, and some pepper. Then I have to add a little bit of garlic. I got this comment yesterday and I thought we could all get a good laugh. Then I’m just going to mix everything together. Honestly, I’d say this every time. You really ain’t got to do this. It’s going to it’s all going to melt together anyway, but it just makes me feel better about myself, so that’s why I do it. Then I’m going to add in some cream cheese on top. I like to cut that into cubes so it’s not just one big block. Then I cover and let it cook for a little bit and then about halfway through I’m going to mix everything together. Then cover it back up for the remaining amount of time. The time will be at the end. And then just stir everything together one last time. Look how delicious and creamy this is. Anyway, let me know what you think. Unless you’re rude, then I don’t want to know. Okay. Bye.
