This banana bread is moist, foolproof, and made with just one bowl and a fork.
No mixer. No stress. Just sweet, cozy treat that hits every time—yes, even in summer.
Here’s what you need: - 3 ripe bananas, mashed - 1/3 cup melted butter - 3/4 cup sugar (can reduce to 1/2 cup if you prefer less sweetness) - 1 egg, beaten - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon baking soda - Pinch of salt - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
How to Make: ⭐️Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. ⭐️Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl using a fork until smooth. ⭐️Stir in the melted butter into the mashed bananas. ⭐️Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined. ⭐️Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and stir in. ⭐️Add the flour to the mixture and gently stir until just combined. Do not overmix. ⭐️Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. ⭐️Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. ⭐️Cool the bread in the pan for about 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

You forgot the best ingredient: CHOCOLATE CHIPS!
Dark chocolate, milk chocolate or semi sweet chocolate chips. It turns banana bread into a delicious sweet treat!
I need to make up some of this.

Is it ok to peel and freeze the override bananas for later, if you don't have time to bake bread just then? Or does freezing ruin the taste and/or texture?
I’ve never understood food being seasonal … like I don’t care if I eat my warm banana bread in the dead of summer, like my house has AC. I’m not only going to eat soup in the summer. I eat that all year round. Same with ice cream. 😂 I mean food is food to me no matter what time of year it is. ❤
That banana bread looks delicious! I cant wait to try some of your recipes. Thank you!
