Hadn't had wings in a while, so did these last night. Covered in Bad Byrons Butt rub, with a dust of Kinders all purpose meat. Used the good ol SMOBOT for temp control.

Dayum were they good!

    When our favorite local wing place went out of business I tried making wings at home. Deep fry, air fry, nor oven gave me the results I wanted. Last summer my son gave me a medium BGE and I finally made perfect wings!
