thought putting the dough to proof in an oval banneton overnight in the fridge would make it so that i can free-form bake it and not have to use the dutch oven. safe to say i was wrong and it looks like ive baked a cow turd now lmao

    I respect that you posted this. Too many fake “omg what went wrong” posts where the loaf looks like it could be on display somewhere
