ingredients:
1 whole josephs lavash flatbread
112g fat free mozzarella
28g turkey pepperoni
1 serving marinara/tomato sauce of choice (i used great value romano parmesean)
- preheat oven to 400°F, while oven is preheating take 1 whole flatbread and place on a parchment-lined pan
- spray and season both sides of flatbread with seasonings of choice and italian seasoning (i used garlic and herb seasoning and onion powder)
- put flatbread in oven for 5 minutes
- top with cheese, pepperoni, and other toppings of choice and bake for 5-8 more minutes
