I always have a bag of frozen pot stickers in my freezer. Like I go to bed at night feeling good that they’re there, you know, because like you said, it takes minutes to if you if they’re frozen. I mean, they’re great obviously if people want to take the time to make them fresh and and have the whole moment. Um, but I love a frozen bag of dumplings. And I think this really came out of the the idea of, you know, when you pour the water in and cover it cover the lid to steam. I was like, “Well, why can’t you pour in eggs? Why why do you just have to pour in water? You know, eggs also have water and you’re still steaming and and cooking the dumplings, but I think first of all, you’re getting like all this great protein. Um, you’re getting also all the deliciousness of the the the wrapper of the dumpling and the filling. And I kind of love the idea of sort of this a lake of eggs, you know, with these little ships of pot stickers floating in them. It just sort of struck me one day, you know, and and sometimes these recipes come about when you’re like, “What’s in my fridge?” And and you sort of look in there, you’re like, “Oh, okay. Oh, okay.” And they they come together. So, yeah, it’s a fun one. It’s a really delicious one.
