Just in case anyone was curious. PB 1150 fit four Costco size packs of chicken wings.

Looks really good. My wife loves wings but to get them extra crispy I deep fry them after smoking. With a batch that big I’m guessing you’re food prepping? I’ve thought about loading up like that and vac seal them. Then whenever I want wings I could just thaw and fry em.

Hate shopping for a smoker and it just gives sq ft measurements…I need it in terms of briskets or ribs. Is this a five brisket smoker or just a beer can chicken and pork shoulder?

I got their boneless thighs last week and went through all 4 packs. Had most of them with salads and some with tikka masala sauce. I even smoked the rice (yes you can do that). Delicious!

That’s too crowded. No air between each wing. They will shrink as they cook, but I’d still spread them out more and lose a few in the process. It’s not like you’d put a 48″ long, 2″ thick slab of beef on it and expect good airflow / flavor.
