Not a traditional chili at all but really good to eat

Chili :
500 grams ground beef
500 grams red beans
300 grams corn
300 grams tomato pulp
100 grams onion

Beef stock

Cumin
Chili powder
Pepper 🌶️
Garlic power
Salt

I was heavy on the spices and it was a good choice. Really tasty 🤤

Potatoes cooked in oven with garlic powder and Cajun spices with salt and a little olive oil
Loved them and had to force myself not to eat them all before putting them in containers lol.

I mixed rice and potato to have lower calories than only rice.

150 grams rice + 70 grams potatoes + 200 grams chili I think I’m a little less than 500 calories per serving.

180 grams rice when i only have rice.

I also had a good rice bowl with marinated mackerel, lemon juice and sirracha

And I cooked some waffles for dessert
