Kyle Green has opened Amore Italian Chophouse in Port St. Lucie.It’s a mashup of an Italian restaurant and an upscale steakhouse.The menu features steaks and fresh handmade pastas, raviolis and pizzas.
Amore Italian Chophouse has opened in Port St. Lucie near the 73-foot-tall Heart in the Park sculpture in Tradition.
It’s owned by Kyle Greene, making it his eighth restaurant currently on the Treasure Coast. The 39-year-old native opened his first restaurant in 2017 in Jensen Beach.
The new restaurant, which opened July 28, 2025, is an Italian-American-inspired upscale steakhouse with fresh handmade pastas, raviolis and pizzas, Greene told TCPalm. He described it as a mashup of two of his other restaurants: Nonna’s meets Oak & Ember Steakhouse.
Executive Chef John Demopoulos from Nonna’s and both Oak & Ember Steakhouses leads the kitchen at Amore, along with Rafael Corchado from Kyle G’s Oyster Bar.
