Risotto alla Milanese

Ingredients for 4 Portions:

– 100ml Warm Veggie Broth
– 1g Saffron Threads

Soak for 15 Minutes

– 1 Onion
– 1 glove of Garlic

Cut finely and fry in a Pan.

– 350g Risotto Rice

Add into the Pan and damp for a bit. Stir.

– 100ml White Wine

Add and wait until vaporised.

– 600ml Veggie Broth

Add slowly piece by piece.

– Safferano Broth
– 1 Butter Flake
– Parmesan

Add and serve with some Rosamary.

– 100ml Gemüsebouillon
– 1g Safranfäden

Für 15 Minuten Ruhen lassen.

– 1 Zwiebel
– 1 Knoblauchzehe

Fein schneiden und Anbraten.

– 350g Risotto Reis

Zugeben und kurz andämpfen.

– 600ml Gemüsebrühe

Stück für Stück zugeben und ständig Rühren.

– Safran Brühe
– 1 Flocke Butter
– Parmesan

Zugeben und mit Rosmarin servieren.
