Hey folks, long time no post in here. I’ve not made anything at home for a while so time to get back on the horse. We’ve got a Fukuoka trip booked so this is my attempt at a Hakata style ramen. Super tasty!

That looks incredible! If this is your warm-up before Fukuoka, you’re in for a real treat. Did you do a long pork bone boil for the broth or go with a pressure cooker shortcut?
