Egg Salad Sandwiches! Like them or nah?


Tuna Salad and Chicken Salad Sandwiches are also great! When it comes to sandwiches, soups or salads, I can't think of many that I don't like.

    I can’t do eggs unless they’re scrambled basically so it’s a no for me. The texture of egg whites doesn’t jive with me.

    Love chicken salad but can’t do egg salad…something about the smell of hard boiled eggs just grosses me out

    I love them, but only if I make them myself. I have trust issues with boiled eggs.

    Lots of black pepper and a touch of salad cream in with the mayo, and I’m VERY happy.

    Ps. I like mine chunky, I cook the eggs until jammy and mash the yolks and mayo mixture together, then add the egg whites, keeping it a chunky texture.

    I don’t live in Japan so I learned to make a tamago sando at home. Delicious! I also made a garam Marsala egg salad that was tasty
