Having fig tree in my yard the whole time and this is the first time I ever thought about using the leave to make ice cream. This for a vet interesting coconut flavor.

I had it in a restaurant not long ago… I never thought of fig leaves being edible before then. My grandma had a tree and I remember getting that itchy milky substance on my hands when I was a kid lol.
